Key Personnel

Mr. Walter Reidy

Walter joined Century in 1995.  Walter participates in all phases of loan origination, deal structuring, underwriting, processing and closing for Century.  He specializes in the financing of healthcare facilities including hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, plus affordable housing, senior housing and market rate apartments for both profit-motivated and non-profit owners and operators.  

Prior to joining Century, Walter worked for six years as a mortgage banker at Fleet Mortgage focused on arranging real estate loans in the northeast.  Prior to that Walter worked as a mortgage banker for Weyerhaeuser Mortgage in San Francisco, CA.   In total Walter possesses over 25 years of real estate finance experience and has participated in over $1.5 billion of real estate transactions.  

Mr. Reidy is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Mr. Kyle Perry

Kyle joined Century in 2002.  Kyle oversees the corporate responsibilities of the business but also participates in all phases of loan origination, deal structuring, underwriting, processing and closing for Century.  He specializes in the financing of healthcare facilities including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other senior housing for both profit-motivated and non-profit owners and operators, plus affordable housing, senior housing and market rate apartments for both profit-motivated and non-profit owners and operators.  Kyle has been involved in over 100 transactions totaling in excess of $1 billion.

Prior to joining Century, Kyle worked for Lucent Technologies’ Pension Investment Group specializing in alternative assets.  Kyle joined Lucent from Cambridge Associates, where he was a private equity analyst consulting for university, corporate and public pensions and high net worth individuals.  

Kyle holds a BS in Finance from Babson College.


Mr. David Perry ( President Emeritus – Of Counsel )

Mr. Perry founded Century in 1992.  His vision helped build a thriving business that celebrated its 25th anniversary in August 2017.  Mr. Perry closed hundreds of transactions worth over $2 billion.  He specialized in the financing of healthcare facilities including hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, plus senior housing and market rate apartments for both profit-motivated and non-profit owners and operators.  In addition to his technical knowledge of lending requirements, Mr. Perry is also an expert on regulatory and reimbursement issues. 

Mr. Perry is enjoying retirement in Miami Beach, FL but lends his experience and expertise on a consulting basis from time to time.


Loan Production Team

Stephan Parisi

Stephan joined Century in August of 2012.  Stephan’s primary responsibility is to manage the financing application process.  Once a borrower is engaged, Stephan works to assemble all of the necessary application requirements for submission to HUD, including the coordination of all third party reports.  Stephan participates in the underwriting process for all of the transactions that he is involved in.  He has an extensive background in lending and credit and prior to joining Century he worked for Kenseal Construction Products as its corporate credit manager.  In this position he oversaw a $10 million A/R and approved unsecured credit lines for new customers.  Prior to that he worked for seven years as the Director of Credit at Overland Leasing Group where he oversaw a $120 million equipment lease portfolio.  

Stephan holds a BS in Finance from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.


Servicing Team

Stephanie Sharp

Stephanie joined Century in 1999.  Stephanie has over twenty-five years of financial and administrative experience.  Presently, Stephanie participates in administering and servicing Century’s construction and permanent loans.  Her duties include construction and permanent loan administration, escrow management and client relations.  Stephanie also prepares and submits relevant documents for each GNMA pooled loan, providing accurate and timely financial information while adhering to the most current GNMA guidelines.  Stephanie is a notary public and assists in document preparation for loan closings.


Mary Beth Niedbalski 

Mary Beth joined Century in 2010. Mary Beth has over twenty-five years of financial, accounting and administrative experience. Mary Beth participates in administering and servicing Century’s construction and permanent loans.  Her duties include construction and permanent loan administration, escrow management and client relations.  Mary Beth also prepares and submits relevant documents for each GNMA pooled loan, providing accurate and timely financial information while adhering to the most current GNMA guidelines.  Mary Beth is a notary public and assists in document preparation for loan closings.
